Nucoustix Entertainment ships all orders via Standard UPS Ground and all orders must be signed for when they arrive. All products are shipped from Portland, Oregon.
Every Nucoustix Entertainment order is a custom order. The building and custom
finishing of your order is begun only after we have contacted you by phone to verify your order, and have received your signature authorizing the work. From that point, the typical order takes 10 to 14 days to complete. After the order is completed, shipping typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Returns
All Products Guaranteed. Every Nucoustix Entertainment product comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return the product during that period, contact us to arrange for the return, subject to the conditions listed below. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the return, we'll issue you a refund within five (5) business days.
Still In Original Condition. The product you return must still be in its original condition. All original parts must be included; cabinet finishes, pedestal finishes and cover cloth must not be scratched, marred or damaged; kits must still be in their original unassembled condition. RMA Required. If you decide to return your product, contact us to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept a return that does not have an RMA number.
Return Fee. Nucoustix Entertainment charges a 15% return fee on all custom orders. Your refund will equal your purchase cost less 15%.
You Pay Shipping. You must cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Use Original Packaging. The product should be returned to us in its original packaging. If that packaging is no longer available, we will send you new packaging for a nominal fee.
Our Shipping Address. Please send the return to the Postal Address listed on our Contacts Page. Make sure the RMA appears on each box returned.
